LIVE TV is accessed through the app HULU.

Sonos / Music:  Download the SONOS app, use the residence WIFI and stream music through the SONOS speakers. You can stream apps such as Sirius XM, Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music from your device.  Project music via AIRPLAY to Select speakers: SONOS ARC SOUNDBAR (living room), SONOS MOVE (kitchen) or SONOS ONE (master bed).

Rooftop features:

• Rooftop music: connect to outdoor rooftop speaker via BLUETOOTH on your mobile device. See speaker label for Bluetooth name (i.e. Pyle, BT, BT Speaker).
• Hot Tub:  located on the rooftop. Towels provided inside door to rooftop patio.
• Grill: Located next to the hot tub. Please turn off gas when not in use. Turn wall dial to side of grill inside compartment labeled “Grill”. Turn pilot dial on the left side of the grill to light before turning on the burners. When the wall dial turns off, the grill will automatically shut off. Please turn off gas when not in use. Grill tools and brush are provided and are located in the kitchen.
• Firepit: Located on rooftop next to grill and hot tub. Be sure to turn both the control on wall and the one near base of firepit. Turn the wall dial labeled “Firepit”, then find the dial near the base of the fire pit and turn to start. Wait several seconds for the fire pit to turn on (it will not turn on immediately).

Door access:  the following is required to access each entry point:
Garage door: Use remote provided by concierge. Please be sure to return upon checkout.
Mudroom door adjacent to garage: Schlage smart lock (use 4-digit code provided by concierge)
Front door & Courtyard doors: use hard keys provided

Heat / Air-conditioning: thermostat for entire home located on level 2 near bedroom/loft. We highly recommend in summertime keeping your bedrooms blinds pulled during the daytime to cut down on solar heat from the Wyoming sunshine to keep things cooler.

Housekeeping: Offered on a daily basis. Please let your Concierge know if there any special preferences. The housekeeping team will ring the doorbell and enter through the garage level.

Parking:  Each residence is allotted 2 cars.  Please park in assigned parking spot # which correlates to your residence #. Additional or oversized vehicles can be parked in local outdoor parking areas. Check with concierge for options.  

Safes: located in the common closet adjacent to the kitchen main level.
 
Spa & fitness:  Fitness center is located next door at White Buffalo Club.  Open during business hours.  Spa treatment rooms are available by appointment only. Check with concierge.

Restaurants: For a complete list of our team’s recommended restaurants, click here. You will find many restaurants are located just minutes away within short walking distance. The restaurant at the White Buffalo Club next door is a unique steakhouse just steps away from The Glenwood. Menu available at https://www.wbcprime.com/.

Breakfast: Complimentary Grab n’ Go continental simple breakfast is offered daily at the White Buffalo Club from 7:00 am-10:00 am.

Skier Shuttle (in winter season): There are two complimentary morning shuttles to Jackson Hole Ski Resort (15 min ride) departing at 8:30am and 9:30am from White Buffalo Club (next door). Afternoon shuttles returning to White Buffalo Club from Teton Village are available at 3:00 and 4:00pm. Please let us know if you would like to reserve space as it is first-come / first-served and we will get you signed up for the complimentary shuttle.

Black Tie Ski Valet / Storage (in winter season): Exclusive Resorts is partnered with Black Tie Ski Rentals and we provide a dedicated complimentary ski valet and storage space (for ski & snowboard gear) for our Club Members in The Walk Festival Hall at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (near base of Bridger Gondola and also Tram). See MAP for 3330 Cody Ln, Teton Village, WY 83025. If driving, the parking lot nearby is called the “Cody Lot”.

Grocery store & pharmacy: 

Albertson’s and Whole Foods are located minutes away. 
Pearl Street Market is located just a few blocks from The Glenwood.
Liquor store:  In addition to the liquor store next to Albertson’s, there is the Pearl St. Market as well as Bin 22 has a selection of fine wines and liquor just a few steps away.
